Your Health Online

Using the internet to book appointments and find information about health conditions is easy when you know how. This free presentation, led by professional librarians, will get you started with using the NHS app to register with a GP, how to search the web for advice about health conditions and medications, and how to keep your data safe and spot scams. Finish up with some fun finding exercise videos you can try at home!
