The Active Travel Advisory Group has been set up by us to help advise and inform local priorities in walking, cycling and street design. The group replaces the Cycling Liaison Group.

About the group

The Active Travel Advisory Group has been set up by Richmond Council to help advise and inform local priorities in walking, cycling and street design. The group replaces the Cycling Liaison Group.

This consultative group is composed of representatives from local organisations and groups that promote and support a wider spectrum of active and sustainable forms of travel. This includes cycling, walking and urban realm improvements.

The group is composed of representatives from the following organisations: 

  • Richmond Living Streets
  • Richmond Cycling Campaign
  • Make Air Safe and Clean (MASC)
  • Ruils (Richmond charity supporting disabled children and adults)
