Richmond Growth Plan
The Richmond Growth Plan is our vision for inclusive, sustainable growth over the next decade - anchored in the character of Richmond’s places and town centres and our commitment to sustainability and a net zero future. It provides a framework for how we and our partners will work together to deliver growth that supports the prosperity and wellbeing of residents and businesses, ensuring the borough remains an attractive location for investment, workers, and visitors.
The Growth Plan identifies the borough’s drivers of growth over the next decade:
- Science, research and development
- Professional services and HQs
- Creative economy
- Business and enterprise capability
- Visitor economy
A new Growth Coalition will be established to oversee and champion the Growth Plan, consisting of partners with the ability to leverage investment, shape growth propositions, connect different opportunities and deliver inclusive and sustainable growth.
