We are a school and our neighbours tree overhangs our Early Years playground. The branches have fallen down into our playground and we are concerned with winter that more branches will fall and could potentially hit and injure a child or a member of staff. I have attached a google map picture of the area and marked the neighbouring tree with a red circle. I am not sure if this particular tree has a TPO however I would imagine as it is overhanging our property and poses a risk that we are allowed to trim back the branches.
