Application for prior approval for a microgeneration solar PV installation at the above property, which is situated within a Conservation Area and accordingly constitutes Article 2(3) land. The application is made under condition A.2(ba) of Schedule 2, Part 14, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended by SI 2023/1279). The proposed system comprises 42 × AIKO Neostar 2S 510W N-Type panels (21.42kWp total), installed entirely across the flat roof of this detached residential dwelling. All panels will be installed using MCS-approved Van Der Valk flat-roof mounting frames at a low-profile 10° tilt, ensuring all equipment remains well within the 0.6m protrusion limit permitted for flat roofs under the GPDO.
