Both trees are in the front yard of my private property that is demarcated by a picket fence. The tree with the yellow berries (think it is a firethorn) is located right next to the wall adjoining no.18 next door. It is causing possible damage to my house's downpipe which had to be repaired by the previous owner, which you can see from the wall staining in the photo provided. But it definitely needs pruning since it overhangs into the next door property no.18. The second tree is directly by the front door. It has small red fruit (think it is a type of crab apple?) but is not in good health, may possibly be diseased as per the photo, and is having to be held upright by wire cables. More worryingly, it's roots appear to have caused subsidence inside the house where the floor has collapsed and now slopes down inside. The branches scratch you when trying to enter the property. Is it possible to have this tree cut down or pruned back. Please let me know if you want someone to come a - PA26/1319 - 96 Archway Street
