Early waste collection during heatwave conditions

Due to the hot weather, waste collection will start at 5am this week (23 to 26 June) to avoid crews working in the hottest part of the day.

Please make sure your bins are out by 5am on your usual collection day - put them out the night before if easier. Report missed collections as usual, and we'll aim to collect as soon as possible.

Find all the information you need as an existing customer, as well as how to order extra sacks and how to report any missed collections.

Report a missed collection

If your commercial waste and/or recycling hasn’t been collected, report a missed collection.

If there is an on-going problem with collections at your properly, contact us so we can investigate further.

Containing your waste

We can offer your business wheelie bins and/or sacks to collect your recycling and general waste.

You must make sure you have the space to put your waste and recycling out for collection and containers are accessible at a safe distance from roads.
