30-day memberships
From 14 November to 1 December 2025, we are only offering 30-day memberships (with no joining fees). This is due to a system update.
You can only buy a 30-day membership in person at our sport and fitness centres. Direct debit and annual memberships are not available to purchase during this time.

The following memberships are available at Hampton Sports and Fitness Centre, Shene Sports and Fitness Centre, and Whitton Sports and Fitness Centre.
Silver
Monthly - £48
- Included: Fitness suite and classes
- Centres: Available at Shene Sports and Fitness Centre
Bronze
Monthly - £25
- Included: Fitness suite access and classes at Hampton and Whitton only
- Centres: Hampton and Whitton Sports Centres only

Pay as you go
You don't need to be a member to use our centres, you are welcome to attend on a pay as you go basis. It's easy to register online.
Renewing online
When it comes to renewing you annual membership, you can do this online 14 days before the expiry date.
