Book with council sports and fitness centres

How to book classes and activities at council-run sports and fitness centres located in Hampton, East Sheen, Teddington and Whitton.
Pools on the Park and Teddington Pools and Fitness Centre (including Hydrotherapy Pool) are operated by Greenwich Leisure Ltd under their Better brand. Bookings for these centres should be made directly.
Gym sessions
You will need to have completed a Pre-Exercise Questionnaire and attended an induction session prior to booking any gym session. A Fast Track Induction can be booked on the LBRUT Sports App, website or by calling 020 3772
Gym inductions are compulsory and include a tour and demonstration of how to safely use each piece of equipment.
Gym sessions do not need to be pre-booked.
How to book
You must ensure you have registered an online bookings account before booking on the LBRUT Sports App or bookings website.
You can book your class:

Fitness classes
Bookings can be made up to seven days in advance via the LBRUT Sports App, online booking website, by telephone on 020 3772 2999 or in person at the centre.
Due to high demand we strongly recommend that all users pre-book their sessions in advance to avoid disappointment.
Other bookings
Pitch and court bookings
These can be booked by calling 0203 772 2999.
Children's birthday parties
Fun Gym parties for children aged 0-5 years can be pre-booked at Whitton Sports and Fitness Centre, Hampton Sports and Fitness Centre and Teddington Sports Centre.
Block bookings
If you regularly book one of our pitches, studio spaces, courts or sports halls every week then why not try a block booking.

Cancel a booking
Non-member 'pay as you go' bookings
If you are unable to attend your booking, please notify us on 020 3772 2999 so that someone else can book the slot.
You will receive a refund in the form of a voucher if more than 24 hours' notice is given. You can use this voucher to re-book another session online, via the app or by calling 020 3772 2999. Credits must be used within 12 months. After 12 months, any unused credit will be removed
All cancellation requests under 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
Direct Debit and Annual Member bookings
A no-show policy is now in place. To ensure you are not charged, you must either:
- Register your attendance once your arrive at the centre, or
- Cancel your booking via the LBRUT Sports App or web booking portal no later than 2 hours prior to the start time of your booking
