Richmond Card - leisure subscription

Richmond Card maintenance

On Sunday 25 October residents will be unable to use their Richmond Cards due to essential maintenance being carried out. If you are already registered for residency status via an existing RingGo cashless parking account, this can be used to claim 30 minutes free parking.

Richmond Card holders not registered with RingGo should call the Enforcement Line on 020 8744 0462 for assistance.

You do not need Richmond Card to use our sports and fitness facilities on a pay as you go basis.

You do need a Richmond Card for:

  • Access to any of our fitness suites (gym)
  • Discounted prices on fitness classes and other activities

Using a fitness suite (gym)

To use any of our fitness suites, you must have a Feel Good Fitness membership. Once you successfully apply for a membership you will be given a Richmond Card - this is what you use to swipe in each time you visit the centre. If you already have a Richmond Card, we can add the membership on for you remotely.

With a Feel Good Fitness membership you also get price discounts on most of our fitness classes and other activities. This is explained in more detail below.

Discounts on classes and activities

We offer an annual leisure subscription, which gives you a price discount on most of our fitness classes and activities.

We recommend this if you use any of our centres more than once a week, as it will allow you to save money. The price of the subscription varies depending on your circumstances.

You can compare the prices of activities with, or without a subscription, to see how much money you could save.
