In-person appointments

Our Parking Permit Desk is located in the Civic Centre Atrium.

You must have an appointment to visit the Parking Permit Desk. Call 020 8891 1411 to book.

Appointments are available Monday to Friday, from 9am to 12 noon and 1pm to 4pm. They are scheduled in 20-minute slots.

• You need one appointment for each request. For example, if you need a resident permit and visitor permits, you should book two appointments
• For visitor permits, each appointment allows a maximum of three books. You cannot receive more than three visitor permit books in one day
• If you are a trader and need books for two addresses, you can request two appointment slots and provide proof for each address

It is important to arrive on time. Arriving late may affect later appointments and could mean we are unable to see you.

What to bring

Please bring:

• A completed application form, if possible. Print this before your appointment or collect and complete a paper form at reception
• Hard copies of all required documents. Documents shown on a mobile phone will not be accepted
• A credit or debit card, cheque or postal order for payment. We do not payments in cash

Faults and illegal parking enquiries

To report a fault with a parking machine, or report a vehicle which is contravening parking restrictions.

Feedback and complaints

If you believe you have been treated unfairly or adversely you have the right to make a complaint. We prefer all formal complaints to be made in writing, but you can also call us to discuss the initial details about your complaint.

You can appeal a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) online. To make a complaint about a PCN issue, email parking@richmond.gov.uk.

To make a complaint about a parking permit issue, email parkingpermits@richmond.gov.uk.
