Order free recycling boxes for your household recycling and food waste.

Before you order

You should:

• Check our guidance on collections from houses
• Make sure your property is eligible for kerbside recycling collections
• Check the size of our boxes
• Get your old or broken box ready for collection, if you have one

Properties that aren't eligible

Recycling boxes are not usually available for residents in:

• Blocks of flats or estates with more than eight units
• Flats above shops
• Properties with no curtilage - this means their own private outdoor space, like a garden, driveway, or yard

If you order a blue or black box and your property's not eligible to use them, they will not be sent to you.

If you have an old box

We can collect your old broken box when we deliver your new one.

If you’d like an old box collected, please leave it clearly visible in your front garden.
