Order free recycling boxes or food caddies for your household recycling and food waste.

Before you order

You should:

• Check our guidance on collections from houses
• Make sure your property is eligible for kerbside recycling collections
• Check the size of our boxes and caddies
• Get your old box or caddy ready for collection, if you have one

Properties that aren't eligible

Recycling boxes are not usually available for residents in:

• Blocks of flats or estates with more than eight units
• Flats above shops
• Properties without suitable space at the front to store them such as a garden, driveway or yard

If you order a blue or black box and your property's not eligible to use them, they will not be sent to you.

If you have an old box or caddy

We can collect your old broken box or caddy when we deliver your new one. We'll recycle any old broken boxes and addies we collect.

If you’d like an old box or caddy collected, please leave it clearly visible in your front garden.
