Services over Christmas
No service will be provided on:
- Thursday 25 December 2025 (Christmas Day) from 9am to 5pm
- Friday 26 December 2025 (Boxing Day) from 9am to 5pm and 8pm to 3am
- Thursday 1 January 2026 (New Year's Day) from 9am to 5pm

Reporting a nuisance
If you wish to report commercial or domestic noise or other nuisance, please report it online.
Weekend service
Our weekend noise service may be able to assist if the problem occurs on Friday or Saturday night, from 8pm to 3am.
We will need to visit to decide whether or not the noise may be a statutory nuisance. We will try to resolve the problem informally. If necessary we may start enforcement action.
