Barnes mum builds village to end family loneliness

Loneliness doesn't care if you live somewhere beautiful. Parents are standing next to each other in Barnes, on the Common, at the school gate - and they are completely alone. Chloe Stephens, a single mum with nearly 30 years in childcare, built The Village Barnes to change that.

Her new venture is launching this summer with 188 families already on the waitlist and every penny going back into the community.
