If you are homeless, or are threatened with being homeless, complete the housing options enquiry form and we will contact you to book an appointment.

Before you start

You should complete this form if you are homeless today or will become homeless in the next 56 days.

Who should not use this form

Aged under 18 years

If you are aged under 18 years and homeless, you should contact Achieving for Children by telephone on 020 8547 5008.

At risk of domestic abuse or violence

If you are at immediate risk of domestic abuse or violence and have nowhere safe to stay tonight, you should call us on 020 8891 7409. You can complete the form in person at our offices. We are a based at:

Appointments are available Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm (Wednesday from 1 to 4pm only). Outside of these hours, you should contact Careline on 0208 744 2442. 

If you need to leave your home, but have somewhere safe to stay temporarily (for example, with friends or family), you should complete the online housing options assessment form to begin your assessment and we will contact you to arrange an appointment as early as the next day if necessary.

We will not contact the perpetrator if you apply for a housing options assessment to us.

However, it will be useful if you can provide us with any supporting evidence you may have, such as police reports, injunctions and details of any areas you feel you would not remain safe in.

What happens next

Once you have submitted your form, we will contact you to discuss your housing options and arrange a time for an appointment.
