Hertford Avenue area - Zone ES1 extension

We are consulting properties in the Hertford Avenue area on the possibility of joining the existing Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) ES1.

Background

This consultation follows the submission of a petition from residents of the northern section of Hertford Avenue requesting parking controls. It is understood that these residents have experienced difficulties in parking near to their home. Shottfield Avenue has also been included in this consultation due to its close proximity to Zone ES1.

Zone ES1 currently operates between 10am and 12 noon, Monday to Friday.

The consultation is running from 22 October 2026 until 29 November 2026.
