I would like to ask for the number of planning applications you have received in each of the last 4 years to convert office space into accommodation of any kind.

From a Local Planning Authority perspective, we do not monitor these type of change of use application. However, all applications for planning or prior approval relating to change of use from office to residential are already publicly available on the Council's website. Information relating to these application types can be extracted through the below advanced search facility on the Council's website:

Please note that in application type drop-down there are various application types and date parameters set, which may assist in extracting the applications. Select application type 'GDP 15' - for Applications for change of use from B1a to C3 or 'GDP 26' - for Applications for change of use from E to C3 .
