Publication scheme
Our publication scheme aims to provide as much information about us as possible. Under the FOI Act, every public authority is required to adopt and maintain a publication scheme.
Environmental Information Regulations
The Environmental Information Regulations 2004 also provide a right of access to Environmental Information held by the Council. The same process should be used for requesting that information as for FOI.
Empty properties FOI requests
We are frequently asked for lists of all empty properties within the borough.
We do not hold a list of all empty properties, however we do hold information about those properties which we have been advised are empty in relation to Business Rates or Council Tax.
Find out more about how we manage empty property FOI requests.
Complaints
Make a complaint about how your FOI request has been handled.
