4. The public records of any and all lands of a non-corporate nature that the Royal borough holds any rights or interest in; Specifically in Petersham.

5. The assessment process for domestic and non-domestic rates in Petersham.

6. The species or class of tax that is levied upon properties in the area; ie, what kind of tax is Council Tax?

7. The person or entity with whom the annual tax return is filed by a taxpayer.

8. The person authorized to put property on or take property off the tax roll.

1. The name and contact of the listing officer responsible for the Borough of Richmond Upon Thames, and Petersham.

I am not exactly sure as to what this question is about but it might be related to listed buildings so perhaps a query for colleagues in Town Planning (Jenifer Jackson's department).

2. The name and contact of the 151 officer for the Council.

This appears to be a question for the Director of Resources' team (i.e. Fenella Merry's team)

3. The public records for any and all corporate land that the municipal corporation (the royal borough of Richmond-upon-Thames) holds interest or rights in; specifically in petersham.

It is possible to enlarge the map to focus on council-owned property in the Petersham area. This facility does not distinguish between Council-owned corporate and non-corporate land.

Council tax banding of residential property is determined by the Valuation Office Agency (rather than by the Council). See: -

Council Tax is a tax on the owners and occupiers of residential properties that is paid to local councils.

7. The person or entity with whom the annual tax return is filed by a taxpayer.

The Council has no information on this but please direct your query to HM Revenue and Customs Department.

8. The person authorized to put property on or take property off the tax roll.
