I refer to your request for information received on 31 January 2023. Please see the information below in response to your request: -

Your Request:

I am writing to make a Freedom of Information request for all documentation, project plans, and business cases related to the upgrade of the Financial Management application Agresso, and the migration of non-Microsoft SQL Server databases, such as MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL, to Microsoft SQL Server. The period I am requesting information for is from 2016 to 2022. I request all information in any form, including but not limited to reports, emails, presentations, project plans, and business cases. The requested information should include any plans or proposals for the upgrade and migration, any decisions or approvals made, and any reports or updates on the progress of the projects. I would also like to request any recommendations, reports, or projects related to the migration of non-Microsoft SQL Server databases to Microsoft SQL Server.

Please note that Richmond Council has never used Agresso.
