I would like to know, how many Fixed Penalty Notices (FPN's) , in particular Section 87 of the Environment Act 199, littering and spitting :

• Fpn were issued from 2019-2021

• FPN's were cancelled from 2019-2021

• FPN's were paid in full from 2019-2021

• How many prosecutions were there for non payment of FPN's from 2019-2021

• The amount of average costs that were recovered.

• The number of enforcement officers you have employed issuing these FPN's ( are they in house or contractors )

• What address verification system you use

• Are there any incentive schemes.

• How are related cases linked for persistent offenders.

• What happens if an incorrect address is received?

I would like to know, how many Fixed Penalty Notices (FPN's) , in particular Section 87 of the Environment Act 199, littering and spitting :

• Fpn were issued from 2019-2021

  Littering FPNs: 1007

  We do not issue FPNs specifically for spitting. None of these FPNs were issued in connection with spitting.

• FPN's were cancelled from 2019-2021

  83

• FPN's were paid in full from 2019-2021:

  509 cannot distinguish if paid at full (£150) or discounted Rate (£100)

• How many prosecutions were there for non payment of FPN's from 2019-2021:

  0

• The amount of average costs that were recovered.

  N/A

• The number of enforcement officers you have employed issuing these FPN's ( are they in house or contractors )

  10 in house/ 3 contracted

  Do not use one
