(1) a copy of the completed mobile plant license for the operation of the grab lorry on the road and footway on Wednesday 4th January 2023 outside my house at 20 Gainsborough Road TW9 2EA

(2) your confirmation of whether the council had or had not granted such a license

(3) a copy of the completed licence for use of combi-cabin on highway land standing in front of my house. This might be the containers license or you may have one that is more specific

(4) your confirmation of whether the council had or had not granted such a license

(5) a copy of the completed license to obstruct the highway land outside my house at 20 Gainsborough Road TW9 2EA by enclosing it within a metal fence. I have previously sent to you the council's earlier email confirming to me that the semi-circular green is highway land.

(6) your confirmation of whether the council had or had not granted such a license

(7) a copy of any completed license granted by the council allowing the operator to lift a combi-units weighing over seven tonnes while the owner of a neighbouring house (me) is standing on the footway and/or the highway land.

I refer to your request for information received on 09 January 2023. Please see the information below in response to your request: -

(1) a copy of the completed mobile plant license for the operation of the grab lorry on the road and footway on Wednesday 4th January 2023 outside my house at 20 Gainsborough Road TW9 2EA.

No license was requested or granted.

(2) your confirmation of whether the council had or had not granted such a license.
