COVID-19 update

Due to the Council prioritising our operational requirements of COVID-19 and delivering urgent services, our timescales for responding to complaints are likely to be subject to delay.

This will be the case until further notice. However, we remain committed to responding to complaints and will reply as soon as we are able.
