Update your garden recycling details

If you are moving within the borough you can take your bin with you and will not need to sign up for a new collection agreement.

Before you start

You must let us know you are moving, in order to continue your subscription. If you do not let us know your new address we cannot guarantee your bin will be emptied.

• If you move within the borough check if you can continue using this service.
• If you have already moved and have not taken your bin with you then you will need to buy a new bin and start a new subscription.

What happens next

We will update our system to reflect the change to your collection subscription.
