The product presents a risk of electric shock as it is inadequately earthed, with live parts separated from accessible metal parts by only basic insulation which could break down. Under fault conditions, accessible metal parts may become live and give the user an electric shock.

Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
