Hazard
The battery compartment of the products is not secured by a screw, allowing easy access to the compartment and button cell batteries. The batteries may be placed in the mouth and swallowed, presenting a choking hazard for young children and causing damage to the gastrointestinal tract due to a chemical burn.

Additionally, the plastic material from the doll's head contains 0.11 ± 0.01% dibutyl phthalate (DBP) and 3.11 ±0.25% bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP). Phthalates may harm the health of children, possibly causing damage to the reproductive system.

The product does not meet the requirements of the REACH Enforcement Regulations 2008 or the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Corrective action
The import has been rejected and destroyed at the border.
