'Steering-wheel' mixer with charging cable and ear defenders.

Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of fire. The supply cord is insufficient for the rate power and includes a fuse which does not contain enough granular filler to function, which could cause a fire under surge and fault conditions. The product also required improvements to marking, labelling and documentation.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.

Corrective action
The import has been rejected and destroyed at the border.
