Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as it failed the electric strength test. The insulation broke down when the 3000 V test voltage was applied between the input and output circuits. If the insulation breaks down during normal use, the user may touch a metal part of the casing while the item is switched on and receive an electric shock. Some of the required documentation and markings were not present.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.

Corrective action
Destruction of the product.

The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (eBay).
