Fabric caterpillar tunnel for children's play

Hazard
The product presents a high risk of choking as when tested in accordance with the tension test, one of the toggles detached at less than the specified minimum requirement. The detached component fitted wholly inside the small parts cylinder and therefore poses a potential choking hazard to a child under 36 months.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Corrective action
The import has been rejected and destroyed at the border.
