The product is a toy 'desert eagle' pistol that shoots two separate sizes of foam darts

Hazard
The product presents a high risk of injuries as the toy may allow sharp objects to be placed into the chamber and fired. This would make the object able to penetrate the skin if it hit the user or third party, causing injuries.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Corrective action
The import has been rejected and destroyed at the border.

Removal of the listing by the online marketplace (Amazon).
