Hazard
The product presents a high risk of electric shock as the mains plug supplied does not meet the dimensional requirements of BS 1363 as the earth pin was too small. As the product does not provide the required level of earthing protection required, the user may receive an electric shock when a fault occurs. Some of the required documentation and markings were not present.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008, or the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.

Corrective action
Destruction of the product. Removal of the listing by the online marketplace (Amazon)
