Product description
Toy race car with lights available in blue, red and yellow. Sold at wholesale level in display box of 12. Display packaging states 'Maxxi Toys'.

Hazard
The battery compartment of the products are not secured, allowing easy access to the compartment and button cell batteries. The batteries may be placed in the mouth and swallowed, presenting a choking hazard for young children and causing damage to the gastrointestinal tract. The product also required improvements to marking and labelling.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Corrective action
If you have purchased this product, stop using it and keep it out of the reach of children.
