Hazard
The product presents a risk of injuries as the press fixture used to secure the assembly of the safe lock button moved outside of specification, creating the potential for a faulty press fit of the button, which can lead to the button turning open and coming apart. Risk of unintentional opening of the device could result in a life-threatening situation.

The product does not meet the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/425 on personal protective equipment.

Corrective action
Recall of the product from end users. Further information on the recall can be found on the ISC website.
