The product presents a serious risk of strangulation as the two cords have the potential to tangle, and there is no specific warning relating to the possible danger this could cause. If the toy is still being used when the child can crawl or stand then it could strangle itself with the cords.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Corrective action
The import has been rejected and destroyed at the border.

The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Amazon).
