Hazard
A manufacturing fault has been identified causing a weakness in some of the seams of the garment which meant the tear strength was compromised and no longer met the CE standard the garment was approved to.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Personal Protective Equipment (Enforcement) Regulations 2018 and Regulation (EU) 2016/425 on personal protective equipment.

Corrective action
Recall of the product from end users. Further information on the recall can be found on the Oxford website.
