Product description
An orange and black mini chainsaw with a lithium battery, charging plug and instructions

Hazard
The product presents a high risk of electric shock as there is inadequate integral connection. Whilst in use, the vibration of the chainsaw could cause a wire to come loose, and therefore, the product could become live. Improvements are required to quality assurance, documentation, and markings. There was also no declaration of conformity supplied.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.

Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
