The product code shown on the price sticker and your receipt will be either 866389 or 866392.

Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of choking as small parts have been reported as falling off the string clip part of the baby teether. Young children may swallow the small parts and choke.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users. Further information about the recall can be found on the TK Maxx website.
