Hazard
The product presents a high risk of fire as the earthing arrangements were insufficient, which could allow accessible metal parts to become live under fault conditions and internal components to overheat.

Sharp edges and burrs were also present around the handles, which presents a risk of cuts and injuries to the user. The product also required improvements to marking, labelling and documentation.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.

Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users by LiveMoor. Further information on the recall can be found on the LiveMoor website.
