The product code shown on the price sticker and the receipt will be either 394186, 394188 or 437937. The model number on the base of the product will begin with ELE-5141

Sales period
The product was on sale in TK Maxx and Homesense stores, and online at tkmaxx.com, between January 2023 and June 2023

Product description
USB charger tower unit in black

Hazard
The product presents a risk of electric shock as it does not comply with the standard BS 1363. The plug portion and/or pins do not meet with dimensional requirements. There is no fuse link where required and the product does not meet the electric strength test. A single pin insertion is also possible.

The plug and power cord do not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.

Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users. Customers are advised stop using it immediately and return to any TK Maxx or Homesense store for a full refund. Further information about the recall can be found on the TK Maxx website.
