Adapter available in black or white supplied in clear plastic packaging

Hazard
The product presents a risk of electric shock as the plug portion (pins) do not meet with dimensional requirements and there is also no fuse link. The product failed the electric strength test and single pin insertion is possible.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.

Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users. Customers are advised stop using it immediately and return to any TK Maxx or Homesense store for a full refund. Further information about the recall can be found on the TK Maxx website.
