Product within a glass bottle of orange liquid. The bottle was marked 'La La La, Huile Eclaircissante, Adoucissante et Rajeunissante, Clair, Net 100 ml'

Hazard
The product presents a serious chemical risk as following analysis, the cream was found to contain 3.5% w/w hydroquinone which is prohibited in cosmetic products. Hydroquinone is a skin sensitiser and may cause allergic contact dermatitis. The product also contained 197 mg / kg (0.020% w/w) clobetasol propionate, which is prohibited in cosmetic products.

The product also required improvements to labelling and markings.

The product does not meet the requirements of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.

Corrective action
The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (eBay).

We recommend owners stop using this product immediately. Contact the distributor you purchased from to request redress.
