Hazard
The product presents a high risk of electric shock as its earthing arrangements are insufficient, which is not indicated in the product's instructions or safety information. If a fault were to occur after assembly, during use, the metal parts accessible to the consumer would become live and could cause an electric shock upon contact.

The product also requires improvement to marking, labelling and documentation, and was marketed for use outdoors despite having physical characteristics preventing outdoor use.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.

Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
