Hazard
The product presents a risk of electric shock as it is possible for consumers to access the lamp cap during insertion / removal when the product is live. If the user were to touch the lamp cap when inserting the product, they would receive an electric shock.

The product also requires improvements to marking, labelling and documentation.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.

Corrective action
