Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of electric shock due to a lack of protection from access to live parts. When tested, the test pin was able to touch a live part. If a consumer were to touch this, they could receive an electric shock. The product was not provided with adequate instructions for the safe connection of the appropriate 3-core flexible cable and did not include clear instructions for the removal of insulation from the conductors. Additionally, the product features a non-UK plug and was provided with a UK plug adaptor. Some of the required documentation and markings were not present.

The product does not comply with the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.

Corrective action
We recommend owners stop using this product immediately. Contact the distributor you purchased from to request redress.

The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (AliExpress).
