Hazard
The product presents a high risk of electric shock as it contains insufficient insulation. Over time, accessible parts can become live and if touched by the user, for example when changing the bulb, will provide an electric shock.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.

Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
