Stable & Strong

Stable & Strong is a local fitness studio, run by women for women on Mortlake High Street. 

They offer a mix of strength, high intensity, mobility, stretching, and specialist weightlifting classes, as well as one to one personal training. All classes are led by experienced, specialist trainers.

FootyFit 

Footy Fit is passionate about sharing the joy that playing football can bring.

Their mission is for women of all ages to be given the chance to play regular football by providing a fun, team spirited development programme to build football skills for all abilities.

They welcome all women aged 18 and up, particularly complete beginners, to come and unleash your inner lioness and get fit whilst having fun.

Richmond EAL Friendship Group

Richmond EAL Friendship Group offers weekly women’s only swimming sessions at Teddington Hydrotherapy Pool on Sunday mornings from 9.30 until 11am.

They also offer a FREE women’s only yoga class for the women who attend their free informal English classes, which run during term-time on Tuesdays.

Swans Football

Football for women aged 18 years old and upwards, no experience required and beginners are welcome.

Sessions take place at venues across Southwest London including The Richmond Upon Thames School in Twickenham.

Richmond Park Football Club

Richmond Park Football Club is a community football club providing opportunities for girls and women local to Kingston, Ham and Richmond to train and play in a safe, fun and development focused environment.  

Teddington Hockey club

An inclusive hockey club offering programmes for women, girls and mixed junior sessions.

Community centres

Explore the range of activities available at local community centres.

Cambrian Community Centre

Community Gym, which includes gym instructors who are Exercise Referral Specialists.

Activities include gentle yoga, chair based yoga, Pilates, weights session, and table tennis.

Castelnau Community Centre

Activities include walking football, Pilates, and table tennis.

ETNA Community Centre

Activities include yoga, chair yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, Zumba gold, and beginners table tennis.

Greenwood Community Centre

Activities include Pilates, yoga, Zumba, and flexercise (over 60’s).
