Sports booking unavailability

We will be unable to take any bookings online (including the app), over the phone, or in person on Tuesday 30 September. 

This is to ensure a smooth transition to GLL and continuity of service.

Affected centres

Bookings for the following centres are affected, and will be taken down from Monday 29 September at 5pm:

• Pools on the Park
• Teddington Pools and Fitness Centre

Advance booking

We encourage all customers to book in advance. Customers can book 7 days in advance, and any bookings from 1 October will be honoured. GLL will send out further communications on 1 October regarding how to book activities in the future.
