Outdoor pool
The outdoor pool is 33m in length and the water is temperature is maintained at 24 degrees.
It is open for lane swimming only.
Lane swimming sessions in the outdoor pool:
- These sessions are 55 minutes in duration and are for adults or children aged 8 years and over, who are competent swimmers
- These sessions are for continuous swimming following lane directional signage displayed
- Lanes are categorised as slow, medium or fast speed and the appropriate lane speed should be chosen at the time of booking
How to book
Users can book up to seven days in advance for lane swimming sessions via the LBRUT Sports App, online bookings website, by telephone on 020 3772 2999, or in person at the centre. Due to high demand we strongly recommend that all users pre book their swim session.
Please check availability in advance if you wish to swim on the day to avoid disappointment.
Multiple household bookings can only be made on the website booking portal and cannot be made on the LBRUT Sports App.

Main pool
The main pool is 33m in length and the water temperature is maintained at 28 degrees.
Users can book up to seven days in advance, via the LBRUT Sports App, online bookings website, by telephone on 020 3772 2999, or in person at the centre. Due to high demand we strongly recommend that all users pre book their swim session.
Please check availability in advance if you wish to swim on the day to avoid disappointment.
Lane swimming sessions:
- These sessions are 55 minutes in duration and are for adults or children aged 8 years and over, who are competent swimmers
- These sessions are for continuous swimming following lane directional signage displayed

General swimming sessions:
- These sessions take place in the main pool, are 55 minutes in duration and all are welcome
- The pool can be used for leisure swimming, family entry and general use
- Designated lane swimming for adults is advertised and booked separately

Teaching pool
The teaching pool water temperature is maintained at 31 degrees.
Users can book up to 10 days in advance for family swims in the teaching pool via the online bookings website, by telephone on 020 3772 2999, or in person at the centre. Due to high demand we strongly recommend that all users pre book their swim session.
Please check availability in advance if you wish to swim on the day to avoid disappointment.
Family swim sessions:
- These sessions are 55 minutes in duration and are aimed at families with children aged 8 years and under
- Check our child admission policy for the required ratios. If ratios are not met then admission will be refused
- Accompanying adults must be in the pool
- Everyone attending these sessions, including under 5's, must be registered and booked in to meet our capacity ratios

Gym
You need to have completed a Pre-Exercise Questionnaire and attended an induction session prior to using the gym. Please email leisure@richmond.gov.uk if you would like to book an induction.
If you have not previously used our facilities, you will need to register for an account.
Pre-booking is no longer required.
The gym is open as follows:
- Monday to Friday 6.30am to 9.45pm
- Saturday and Sunday 7am to 8.45pm
Last entry is 30 minutes before closing time.
Pools on the Park Studio
Studio classes can be pre-booked up to 7 days in advance. Please check availability in advance if you wish to attend a class on the day to avoid any disappointment.

Indoor cycling classes
All classes are 45 minutes long and are now held in Studio 2.
