Fitness suite

We are pleased to announce that our fitness suite will begin a phased reopening this summer. For more information please register your interest in the fitness suite and our membership options by completing an online membership enquiry form.

Sports hall and 3G pitch

Our sports hall and 3G pitch have now reopened for pre-booked casual and block bookings. Please call us on 020 3772 2999 or submit a booking enquiry.

Badminton court hire can now also be pre-booked via the LBRUT Sports App.

Pickleball

Pickleball is a combination of tennis, badminton and table-tennis. It can be played by two or four players, indoors and outdoors on a badminton sized court using a slightly modified tennis net.

Make a booking for an indoor court only. Paddle hire also available.

Outdoor Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA)

The MUGA at Hampton is now available for casual and block bookings.

Badminton social session

These sessions are run as match/game play, with a coach overseeing the session and organising the games. This session is held across four badminton courts.

  • Day: Thursdays
  • Time: 8 to 10pm
  • Location: Hampton Sports and Fitness Centre
  • Price: Standard price £8.20 per session, Richmond Card price £7.50 per session

Coming soon: Chinese Dance classes

Hampton Sports and Fitness Centre is excited to introduce a new class - Chinese Dance.

To gauge uptake, please register your interest. A member of staff will contact you with further information.

Classes will be running on Tuesdays from 7.30pm to 8.30pm. Start date to be confirmed.

These classes offer:

  • Traditional Chinese dance training: focus on posture, flexibility, rhythm, and storytelling through movement
  • Graceful and expressive choreography: learn dances that celebrate different ethnic styles and historical periods of China
  • Mind-body connection: Improve body awareness, balance, and artistic expression
  • Friendly environment: supportive, inclusive, and encouraging for all skill levels
