Pools on the Park group lessons
Spring term lessons start week commencing 9 January 2023 and will run for 11 weeks.
Re-enrolment for existing pupils
Existing pupils have been assessed in their lessons and parents and guardians will have received a letter advising if their child is recommended to remain in the same class or move up.
Existing pupil re-enrolment for the Pools on the Park Spring term will then take place from Monday 28 November to Saturday 10 December 2022 as follows:
For pupils remaining in the same class on the same day
Parents and guardians will be telephoned directly by us to take lesson payment between Monday 28 November and Saturday 10 December 2022 in order to secure their child's lesson place on the Spring term.
You must pay by 6pm on Saturday 10 December to guarantee a lesson place for the Spring term. After this date unpaid places will be released to other pupils.
For pupils who have been recommended to move up a class, and/or wish to change day
Parents and guardians will be telephoned directly by us to take lesson payment between Monday 28 November and Saturday 10 December 2022 in order to secure their child's lesson place on the Spring term. You will be provisionally reserving a place on your existing day, time and stage.
You must pay by 6pm on Saturday 10 December to guarantee a lesson place for the Spring term.
Complete this form to request a child's change of class. You must specify which class you are applying to move up to, or which day and time you are wishing to change to. This cannot be done in person at the centre or over the phone under any circumstances. This request must be submitted no later than 10pm on Saturday 10 December 2022.

Online form requests will be processed on the week commencing 12 December 2022 by staff on site. Parents and guardians of pupils will be notified by email or phone by Friday 23 December 2022 to confirm their child's place.
Allocation criteria for re-enrolments
Spaces for the new term will be allocated according to the following criteria:
- First priority – children remaining in the same class & on the same day
- Second priority – children changing classes but remaining on the same day
- Third priority – children changing days as their new class is not held on their current day
- Fourth priority – children changing days
New pupil enrolment
We will be accepting new pupil lesson applications for the Spring term on the following date only:
- Friday 6 January 2023, from 10am in person only at Pools on the Park
Lesson applications will not be accepted outside of this time and cannot be accepted by telephone or through our online form.
Anyone who was previously on a waiting list will not be carried over to the new term and will therefore need to apply following the new pupil enrolment procedure above.
